THE UNSEEN ART OF DAVE COCKRUM (Sturdy Heart)
To help generate more work from comic companies, Dave Cockrum released a portfolio featuring character designs for super heroes and sci-fi heroes from his sketch library that were never used. To close off the book, he included a panel of characters which he did help create, including Wildfire, Tyr and the Devil Fish. This piece was colored for the 2022 book THE ART AND LIFE OF DAVE COCKRUM.
